If for some horrible reason your insects arrive dead, we are terribly sorry! Please remember that we have been shipping crickets and worms since 1947 so we have quite a bit of knowledge on how they travel best! And since we guarantee live delivery, we would not be careless in our packing center only to have to ship you another package. When the shipment leaves our farm the crickets and worms are out of our control and in the hands of the carriers. We beg and plead for the delivery carriers to be gentle, and we mark "LIVE!" all over the package, but we cannot control if your box gets crushed in transit, is left too long on the back of a sweltering delivery truck, or is left in a too cold warehouse in the dead of winter. Because we want our customers happy and crickets healthy, in extreme weather we require overnight delivery and do not ship out on Fridays because of the lack of Saturday delivery (unless we have worked out a Saturday shipment for you). If in the unfortunate circumstance you do find your shipment of live insects is unresponsive (dead) please contact our office within 24 hours of your delivery. If our office is closed, leave a message with your name and contact number and we will get back to you with information about a replacement delivery.
